I’m not a trainer that has been fit and confident from day 1. Having lost 100 lbs myself, I know first-hand what doesn’t work with diets and what leads to disappointment from not seeing results in the gym. Together, we can tackle your your fitness goals and learn how nourish your body with your goals in mind. I’ll give you guidance on how to adjust your diet according to your body’s needs, as well as make fitness fit your lifestyle. If you’re miserable during your process, you’re doing it wrong. Ditch the yo-yo dieting and try a method that really improves your mind and body.
A Scientific Approach
I bring more than just weightlifting experience to my sessions. With a research background in Immunology, I have an extensive background in science-based approaches. My sessions come backed with intention with my approach to weightlifting and moving with limitations. Put your confidence in me as we explore a program with you in mind.

In-Person Training
Train 1-on-1 to learn how to improve your fitness and meet your goals faster. Learn proper form and receive a personalized program designed to target your weaknesses. Challenge your mind and muscles in ways you haven’t before . All levels welcome.
Work with a group for a fast paced and energized session. Watch as you and your friends reach your goals together with additional support.
Guidance on how to track calories, macros, and make changes in your diet in a way that suits your lifestyle and palette. Learn how to eat smartly while eating out at restaurants.
Learn how to treat your body during recovery between sessions all while improving flexibility and mobility.
Receive the same guidance you would with in-person sessions but at the comfort of your own home or your favorite gym. Recommended equipment includes: dumbbells, resistance bands, and a tripod to correct form.
