Instructions

1) Click “File” -> “Make a Copy” and save it to your drive 

2) Delete any information you don’t want to include (i.e. weekly weight check ins, monthly assessments, etc.) 

3) Plank your workouts in advance, take notes about any adjustments made in your routine, and increase weight over sessions

4) Once the month is over, duplicate the “Monthly Templates” sheet and proceed with Month 2
