Wanted to share my experience because I feel like fitness and health is so important! Finding the right trainer to work with makes all the difference! Alexis has been amazing she listens to my concerns and is flexible in scheduling! Also pricing and sessions are very transparent I feel like there are no gray areas! I had other trainers in the past where I felt the consistency in pricing and availability wasn't there and it impacted my progress. Before I met Alexis, my idea of health and fitness was skewed.
I tried many fad diets, focusing on short-term results.
It has been 8 months since I began training with Alexis, and I really appreciate the following:
1. Her reassurance that being healthy doesn't mean seeing numerical results (a lower weight on the scale doesn't mean better results).
2. Her emphasis on consistency being crucial. Especially during the holidays, I struggled to go to the gym as frequently as I usually do. However, our weekly sessions pushed me and motivated me to visit the gym weekly.
3. Her flexibility with my schedule and routine. Depending on how my back is feeling one day, she will take note to switch an exercise out so I do not strain myself.

Alexis is the best personal trainer I've ever met. She is strict, and in the meantime she is patient too. She is always smiling and so encouraging which makes the training a fun thing for me to do. I absolutely love Alexis! I have been training with Alexis for over 9-months now. I am surprised I have been doing it for this long and still going. I never used a fineness coach before Alexis, and I have never been able to consistently workout. Alexis is patient, encouraging, knowledgeable and honest. My fitness level was very low before I started with Alexis. I wanted to get more fit, get rid of some belly fat and lost some weight. She helped me to start off in setting an achievable goal, a goal to lose 5 lbs before my dance performance:). And I did it! My next goal is to lose another 5 lbs and be strong enough to learn skiing this winter!
When my friend and I worked out with Alexis, we don't feel the pressure to be perfect! She listens to our needs and adjust workout plan accordingly. She encourages me when sometimes I don't feel like working out.

When I first met Alexis, she was very friendly and really understood what my goals were for the gym. I was already on a weight-loss journey for a few months, but I had also hit a bit of a plateau. I was really excited to work with a fellow female who had gone through a similar transformation as I was going for. She was very helpful in coming up with workouts that work best for what I wanted, and the exercises that I actually enjoyed. She adapted very well even when we only had a short amount of time to get in a session. Needless to say, she kicked my ass in the best way possible... in the gym! Alexis is approachable, a good communicator, and an amazing trainer.
She is patient and makes sure you're doing the proper form during exercises. She pushes and motivates you to work harder but still makes the sessions fun. She currently uses an app with her clients to track meals, assign workouts etc.
The gym is clean and is not crowded. Great for beginners.
